The purpose of RecDiv is to bridge the gap between employers that have difficulty recruiting diverse talent, specifically Blacks/African Americans, and increase the career and internship opportunities for more HBCU alumni and students.

But the mission is much deeper than that. Recently our founder, Daniel Griggs, was featured as a guest on The Black Financial Channel by Lawrence Watkins, and he elaborates on how the idea of RecDiv began. While he sees the immediate need, he also understands the long term reward of what he calls ‘liberating a community of people.’
